SQ: • 4 mg daily for 10-20 days • 2 mg on the first day, then 4 mg daily for 12 days (for 50 mg total) (Reddit) Protocols with MOTS-C and Humanin: • 2 months of SS-31, after one month start 2 months MOTS-C, after MOTS-C, one month Humanin. When that ends, resume MOTS-C for 2-3 months then repeat the whole cycle. The humanin can be omitted and MOTS-C continued. MOTS-C 3 months on, 1 month off.
